Located just a few steps from the bay beach, Dune Breeze combines a central location with a peaceful setting. From the villa, you can easily walk towards the water and enjoy views of the dunes and the natural surroundings of Beach Resort Punt West. Its location makes this villa ideal for guests who want to stay close to the beach without compromising on peace and privacy. 

Outdoor living in every season 

One of the main highlights of this villa is the sheltered winter terrace. The dining area on the terrace is enclosed by sliding glass panels that provide protection from wind and weather, allowing you to sit outside comfortably even on cooler days. The terrace is a lovely place for breakfast, relaxation or a long evening with views of the dunes.

Inside, the villa features a bright living room and a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, perfect for cooking and spending time together. • No parking space at the villa. Loading and unloading is possible.
• The villa may be equipped with a pellet stove. The pellet stove may not be used during your stay.
