Surrounding Area
In the heart of the island of Walcheren lies the charming village of Koudekerke, home to this fine studio and just a stone's throw from the cities of Vlissingen and Middelburg. These three places together form an irresistible mix of culture, nature, and a warm atmosphere. Small but nice, that's Koudekerke. It is the perfect starting point for adventures along the Zeeland coast. Cycle to the beach to enjoy the sun and the sea, or take a long walk along the water. In the village itself, you taste the local specialties and experience the genuine Zeeland hospitality. In Vlissingen, you stand face to face with the Westerschelde. The city breathes a maritime atmosphere, and the view of the passing ships on the boulevard is unforgettable. Take a seat on a terrace and let the sea breeze blow through your hair. Middelburg, the beating heart of Zeeland, is a city full of stories. Admire the Abbey, the stately town hall, and the many monuments that bring history to life. At the same time, Middelburg is a city that keeps up with the times, with trendy boutiques, art galleries, and cultural events throughout the year. Zeeland is a province that always offers you something new. Whether you're looking for the silence of the beach or the dynamics of the city, here you'll find the best of both worlds. And the fun thing is that you can easily discover Koudekerke, Vlissingen, and Middelburg in one day.
