The generous living area, comfortable furnishings and spacious outdoor terrace make this houseboat ideal for families, groups of friends or a longer stay. From almost every corner you look out over the marina, while the lapping water and passing boats create a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere. The waterside terrace is the beating heart of this houseboat. Here you start the day at your own pace and end the evening with a glass of wine as the last light fades over the water. The terrace furniture is comfortable and a parasol is available for warm afternoons. In summer you can step straight into the water, while in autumn you savour the peace and the colours of the surrounding landscape. Even on cool winter days the terrace has a special quality: the stillness of the marina and the gentle sound of the water always make the fresh air worth stepping out for.

Spacious, light and fully equipped

Inside, the houseboat is light and airy. The living room has large windows that bring the view indoors and is furnished with a comfortable seating area and a generous dining area with six chairs. The Smart TV is perfect for a relaxed evening whenever you feel like staying in. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a four-burner hob, dishwasher, combination microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and kettle. In short, everything you need to prepare a leisurely meal together with a view of the water.

On the lower deck you will find three bedrooms, each furnished with two separate single beds. The beds are made up on arrival and bed linen is included, so you can relax straight away. The spacious bathroom has a separate shower, toilet and hairdryer. Also practical is the washer and dryer, ideal for longer stays. A separate toilet on the ground floor adds extra convenience. Parking is free within walking distance and pets are very welcome.

Uitgeest Marina: water, nature and relaxation

Uitgeest Marina is situated directly on the beautiful Alkmaar and Uitgeest lakes, one of the finest watersports areas in North Holland. Your holiday starts the moment you arrive. Step aboard a hired motorboat, lounge boat, SUP, canoe, kayak or sailing boat and explore the expansive lakes from the water. Prefer to discover the area a different way? Hire a bike, e-chopper or fatbike and enjoy the finest routes through green polders, past characteristic windmills and charming villages. Bringing your own boat? Complete your stay by booking a berth in the marina so your boat is always close at hand.

After a day full of adventure, you return to the peace of the water. Enjoy a drink on a terrace overlooking the lake or relax at your accommodation as boats drift slowly past. This is where you experience the true feeling of a holiday, season after season.

Good to know

The houseboat offers all the charm of a stay on the water but remains in a fixed berth throughout your visit. As you are staying directly on the water and the terrace provides easy access to it, we recommend that children hold a swimming certificate.
