A small unfurnished balcony, a washing machine in the apartment as well as a storage room for sports equipment are available. There is no parking space directly next to the apartment. The public car park 'Bahnhof Ost' (Schulstrasse, opposite the train station, walking distance of 150m from the apartment) is available against a fee (CHF 5.00 per day / maximum of 5 days in a row is purchasable at the ticket machine). Luggage can be unloaded by parking in front of the chalet for a maximum of 1 hour (blue parking zone). The apartment "Pfander" is situated in the village centre of Zweisimmen. The train station (50m), the cable car Rinderberg (300m - walking distance of 4 minutes), the public children's playground (150m) as well as different shops (dairy, butcher shop, bakeries, supermarkets Migros and Coop, sport shops) are in close proximity. Zweisimmen is a perfect starting point for summer and winter holidays. Important note: Occupancy of 1-2 persons (lower price): There is only 1 bedroom at your disposal. The 2nd and 3rd bedroom will be locked. Occupancy of 3 persons (lower price): There are only 2 bedrooms at your disposal. The 3rd bedroom (with the two single beds) will be locked. Occupancy from 4 persons: All bedrooms are available.
