Upper floor: (steep stair), 1 room with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 50 - 190 cm with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Electric heating, underfloor heating. Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), box-room. Very beautiful view of the sea and the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 3 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Freezer approx. 300 l. Bed layout is flexible.
