Spacious vacation home in hilly position in the picturesque medieval Borgo Anguillara Sabazia on the shores of Lago di Bracciano. Your vacation home, located in a quiet residential area above the lake, offers a large veranda for relaxing and outdoor dining, a well-kept fenced garden with pool. Quiet location with privacy. An internal road of 600 meters from the garden you can reach on foot or by car the equipped beach of the lake where you can rent boats, surfboards and pedal boats or take boat trips to the picturesque coastal towns of Tervignano and Bracciano. In the summer months, the village of Anguillara as well as the Bracciano lake offers many oenogastronomic events. The sea of the Lazio coast is only 30 km away. The center of Rome (39 km) can also be reached by train, which leaves every half hour. Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
