With approximately 200 m² of living space , several terraces and beautiful sea views, this spacious vacation home offers plenty of room for a larger family or group. The combination of its immediate proximity to the Adriatic coast and the historic town of Trogir makes it an attractive base for a varied vacation.

Layout & Comfort

Robert is a spacious detached home spread over two floors. The property features a living/dining room with a flat-screen TV and air conditioning, with direct access to the terrace.

There are two bedrooms, each furnished with a large 180 x 200 cm double bed and air conditioning. The kitchen is located in the hallway and is equipped with an oven, four ceramic cooktops, microwave, freezer and kettle. There is also a bathroom with shower and toilet.

The basement, which is accessed via an exterior staircase, contains two additional rooms. One room has two 80 x 190 cm single beds . The other room features two 80 x 190 cm double sofa beds . There is also a second living/dining room and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The basement provides access to the terrace.

For added convenience, a washing machine and free Wi-Fi are available.

Outdoor Living & Surroundings

The property offers several places to enjoy the outdoors. There is a private terrace of approximately 20 m² and a covered terrace of the same size. With the outdoor furniture and loungers provided, you can relax and enjoy the beautiful sea views.

You can also use the shared, fenced garden of approximately 800 m² . After a day at the beach, an outdoor shower provides a refreshing way to cool off, while the barbecue makes it easy to prepare a meal outdoors. Private parking is available on the property for up to three cars.

The location is ideal for a seaside vacation. A rocky beach is just 30 meters away, while a pebble beach is approximately 50 meters away. A restaurant is only about 350 meters away, and a shop is 550 meters away. The bus stop is just 94 meters away.

The center of Trogir is approximately 6 km away, making it easy to visit. The airport is also close by, approximately 9 km from the property.
