During the warmer months, you can enjoy the shared 14 x 7-meter outdoor swimming pool. The pool has a depth of 100 to 230 cm and is open seasonally from May 13 through September 30. There is also an outdoor shower, table tennis table, and garden furniture. On the terrace, you can enjoy meals outdoors together and make use of the barbecue.

The surrounding area is ideal for day trips. The center of Lorenzana is approximately 2 kilometers away, while Pisa is about 30 kilometers away. The coast is approximately 20 kilometers away, with both sandy and rocky beaches around 22 kilometers from the property. For a relaxing day, you can also visit the thermal baths in Casciana Terme, approximately 12 kilometers away.

Culture lovers can visit Livorno, San Miniato, Volterra, Lucca, and Viareggio, among other destinations. Golf enthusiasts will find an 18-hole golf course approximately 26 kilometers away.
