The detached villa "Vosseberghuis Prestige & Outdoor Spa" is located in the quiet vacation park "Emslandermeer" in Vlagtwedde, surrounded by trees and fields. With its own private dock, an outdoor spa, and numerous park amenities, this is the ultimate home base for a relaxing stay in Groningen.

This comfortably furnished villa of 134 m² (approx. 1,442 sq. ft.) offers plenty of space and privacy for the whole family.

• Living Space & Kitchen: The cozy living room features a television and offers direct access to the patio. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-burner stovetop, combination microwave, dishwasher, and freezer, and features a cozy dining area.

• Bedrooms: There are a total of 3 comfortable bedrooms. On the ground floor, you will find one room with a double bed. The upper floor (with slanted ceilings) features two rooms, each with two beds and a flat-screen TV, plus an extra children's room.

• Bathrooms: The house has two bathrooms (one with a tub/shower and a separate toilet on the ground floor, and one bathroom with a shower and toilet on the upper floor).

• Extra Convenience: The house is equipped with free Wi-Fi, heating, a washer and dryer, and handy amenities for the youngest guests (high chair and crib).

• Swimming Fun: The park features a large indoor and heated swimming pool (25 x 12 m) with a kiddie pool, slide, and a wonderful sunbathing lawn.

• Active & Relaxation: There is a restaurant, a miniature golf course, a 9-hole golf course, a volleyball court, and a children's playground. Bicycles can be rented at the park.

Vlagtwedde is located in beautiful, green Westerwolde:

• Culture & History: Visit the famous and beautifully preserved Fortress Bourtange (5 miles) or the historic Ter Apel Monastery (14 miles).
