This rustic Mallorcan house is located in a rural area very close to the pretty village of Pollensa, and just under ten minutes drive from the beaches of Port de Pollensa and Cala San Vicente. Surrounded by mountains and beautiful views, villa Solivellas offers peace and tranquillity in an area of charm and character.

The main entrance, situated under a covered front terrace gives access to a small lounge with sofas and a Smart TV, from this area we access a dining room and another lounge with comfortable sofas. A separate fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower complete this area of the house. From the kitchen a glass door gives us access to a fully furnished outdoor terrace and a covered area with barbecue, which has a gas hob and a fridge.

Two interior staircases lead to the sleeping area, which consists of three bedrooms and a double bedroom, one of the doubles has a complete bathroom next to it and the other bedrooms share another complete bathroom with bathtub. On the lower floor and close to the living room there is another bathroom with shower.

The swimming pool is surrounded by a nice and large garden with lawn and a small solarium area with sun loungers.

Overall, villa Solivellas is an ideal holiday villa for families with children who wish to be close to the village and enjoy the views and the large garden.
