Enjoy a relaxing beach vacation in this lovely villa with a garden in Torre Santa Sabina, on the Adriatic coast of Puglia. A pedestrian path leads directly toward the beach, which is approximately 400 meters from the property. Thanks to the location close to bars, restaurants, and a small market, everything you need for a carefree vacation is within easy reach.

The villa accommodates 4 to 6 people and features a fully enclosed garden and a sheltered veranda. Here, you can enjoy meals outdoors, relax in the Apulian sunshine, or cool off under the outdoor shower after a day by the sea.

Layout & Comfort

The villa is spread over two floors.

On the ground floor, you’ll find:

• A living room with a sofa bed that is 1.30 meters wide when unfolded.
• A fully equipped kitchen.
• A bathroom with shower.

The first floor features:

• A double bedroom with a private terrace overlooking the garden.
• A smaller bedroom with a double bed and terrace.
• A bathroom with bathtub and shower.

For added comfort, one of the double bedrooms is equipped with air conditioning.

Outdoor Living & Surroundings

Outside, you’ll find a fully enclosed garden with a sheltered veranda, ideal for long lunches and enjoyable outdoor dinners. An outdoor dining table is provided, along with two sun loungers for relaxing in the warm Apulian sunshine.

After a day at the beach, the outdoor shower in the garden is perfect for rinsing off the sand. You also have one parking space for a medium-sized car. A larger car can potentially be parked inside the property with the gate left open.

Torre Santa Sabina was originally a fishing village and has grown into a charming seaside resort. Along the waterfront, you’ll find fish restaurants, ice cream shops, cafés, pubs, and activities for children. The immediate area also has shops selling traditional specialties from Puglia.

For nature lovers, the Torre Guaceto nature reserve is highly recommended. Located approximately 6 kilometers away, it is known for its crystal-clear waters and unspoiled landscapes. You can enjoy activities such as snorkeling and hiking here. Around 20 kilometers away, you’ll find Parco delle Dune Costiere, between Torre Canne and Torre San Leonardo.

The location is also ideal for day trips. Visit historic Ostuni, approximately 15 kilometers away, or explore the charming towns of the Valle d'Itria, including Cisternino, Locorotondo, and Martina Franca. For an adventurous day out, options include an adventure park in Ostuni, the Fasano Zoo Safari, and several water parks. Kitesurfers can head to Guna Beach in Apani, approximately 10 kilometers away.
