Certina 2 is a cozy 46 m² apartment on the ground floor. The interior is rustic and comfortable.

The living/dining room features a double sofa bed. There is also a separate bedroom with a double bed. The compact kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner cooktop, oven and freezer.

The bathroom has a shower, bidet and toilet. Outside, you can enjoy your own outdoor area furnished with patio furniture.

Outdoor Living & Surroundings

The country estate is surrounded by lush countryside and a large shared 33-hectare property. There are plenty of hiking and cycling trails in the immediate area, including routes suitable for mountain biking.

For cooling off, there is an enclosed outdoor swimming pool measuring 6 x 12 meters, with a depth of 130 to 160 cm. The pool is open seasonally from May 6 through September 23. There is also an outdoor shower and a barbecue.

The setting is peaceful and rural, yet ideally located for visiting Florence. Pontassieve is 13 km away and the center of Florence is approximately 30 km away. In Pontassieve, you can also park for free at the train station and then take the train to Florence.
