Layout & Comfort

Cas Moliner is a spacious 160 m² vacation home spread over two floors. The rustic interior gives the property a warm and authentic character.

On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living/dining room with a dining table, digital TV, flat-screen TV, air conditioning, fan, and forced-air heating. The decorative fireplace adds extra atmosphere. From the living room, you have access to the seating area in the garden.

The separate game room with a fan provides additional space for relaxation. The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, three ceramic cooktops, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and electric coffee maker. There is also a dining table here, as well as direct access to the garden. This floor also has a shower and toilet.

Upstairs, there are three bedrooms. Two bedrooms each feature a double bed measuring 135 x 190 cm. The third bedroom has two single beds measuring 90 x 190 cm. All bedrooms are equipped with a fan. There is also a second shower and toilet on this floor.

Explore nearby villages such as Ariany and María de la Salut, or visit Manacor and Inca. For hiking enthusiasts, the Ermita de Bonany, the Serra de Tramuntana, and the Petra-Ariany route are beautiful destinations.
