Vacation Home Near the Beach in Brittany

Charme de Kerfago is a spacious and bright 160 m² vacation home in the Kerfago area, just 350 meters from the sea and the sandy Plage de Kerfago beach. The house is within walking distance of the center of Saint-Gildas-de-Rhuys and is an ideal place for a relaxing vacation with family or friends.

The home accommodates up to 10 adults and features a large, enclosed private garden of 850 m². Thanks to its peaceful location, proximity to the beach and the many amenities nearby, it is an excellent base for exploring the Breton coast.

Layout & Comfort

The spacious home has seven rooms and is modern and tastefully furnished. The large living room features a flat-screen TV and stereo system and provides direct access to the garden.

On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm double bed and a private shower and toilet. This bedroom also has access to the garden. The separate kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, three-burner gas cooktop, microwave, freezer, toaster, kettle and electric coffee maker. There is also a separate toilet.

Upstairs, there are five bedrooms with sloping ceilings. One bedroom has a 140 x 190 cm double bed, while a second has two 90 x 190 cm single beds. The third features a double bed measuring 2 x 80 x 200 cm. The remaining two bedrooms each have one 90 x 190 cm single bed.

There is also a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet upstairs. For families, a high chair and crib for children up to 2 years old are available. The house also has a washing machine, iron and free Wi-Fi.

Outdoor Living & Surroundings

The vacation home is surrounded by an 850 m² enclosed private garden. The terrace is furnished with outdoor furniture and six loungers. The portable barbecue is perfect for enjoying meals outdoors on sunny days.

The sea and sandy Plage de Kerfago beach are just 350 meters away. The marina is also nearby, only 400 meters away. For sports activities, you can use the tennis court 500 meters away or visit the sailing school 2 km away. There are also several GR34 hiking trails in the area.

The center of Saint-Gildas-de-Rhuys is 800 meters away. A shop and bus stop are also 800 meters away, while a supermarket is 900 meters away. A restaurant and bakery are approximately 600 meters away.

For day trips, the Golfe du Morbihan, 5 km away, Port-Crouesty-Arzon, 9 km away, and Vannes, 32 km away, are all within easy reach. The famous megaliths of Carnac are approximately 60 km away.
