Are you looking for a wonderful place for a relaxing beach holiday? This cozy terraced house, built in 1967 and extensively renovated in 2016, offers the ideal base. This 4-person holiday home is located in a quiet residential area, just 600 meters from the lively center and the beautiful coastline. Because the homeowner lives on the same plot, you will enjoy a hospitable stay in a familiar environment.
Comfortable overnight stay and relaxation
The house has a practical layout divided over two floors. On the ground floor you will find the atmospheric living/dining room with a cozy sitting area and television. The compact kitchen is fully equipped, including a gas stove, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave and coffee maker. Via the rear of the house you have access to a lovely terrace with garden furniture, perfect for long summer evenings.
Bedrooms
On the upper floor there are two bedrooms, each equipped with two comfortable single beds (90x200 cm) which together form a spacious double bed.
Facilities
The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. For families, a high chair and baby bed are available. The house also has excellent wifi and heating in all rooms.
