In summer, the balcony is the perfect spot to enjoy the sun, the views and the silence of the mountains after a day of hiking or mountain biking through the Tyrolean countryside.

The modern bathroom with shower and toilet offers all the comfort you need to start or end the day at ease. Practical extras like a fridge, free wifi, Smart TV with streaming services, a coffee cup machine and a hairdryer make sure everything is taken care of.

In winter, the landscape transforms into a stunning snowy scenery, perfect for cross-country skiing, winter hiking and downhill skiing.
