The interior is fully equipped for a carefree stay. The living room features a modern flat-screen Sat-TV and an atmospheric fireplace. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find, among other things, a dishwasher, oven and microwave.
With three bedrooms, including a room in the attic floor with sloping ceilings, this house offers sufficient space. Moreover, this is a non-smoking house where a maximum of 2 small pets or dogs are welcome.
Relaxation and swimming pools
Outside, luxury is central. You have access to a private swimming pool (for exclusive use) with outdoor shower and a 16 m² terrace equipped with garden furniture and barbecue.
In addition, there is a heated outdoor swimming pool for shared use on the large 2,000 m² property. For children there is a sandbox and a swing available, which makes this an excellent child-friendly accommodation in Croatia.

The house is located 3 km from the center of Vodnjan and only 10 km from the popular pebble beach. For the active holidaymaker there are three bicycles available free of charge.
