On the top floor of Residence Kabbelaarsbank you will find two exclusive connected penthouses: Parelduiker and Zeezicht. Together they form one unique accommodation for up to 12 guests. Both penthouses have their own entrance from the same hallway, allowing you to arrive together while still enjoying full privacy. The spacious terrace connects the two penthouses, making this combination perfect for two families, a family weekend or a stay with friends by the sea.

What makes this accommodation truly special is the view. It is the only apartment at this location with views over both the Grevelingen Lake and the North Sea. Large windows provide plenty of natural light and panoramic views over the water and coastline. The elevator takes you directly to the top floor of the building. From here you reach the penthouses through a shared hallway. In Penthouse Zeezicht you enter directly into the living room. In Penthouse Parelduiker the door opens onto the spacious terrace.

Two penthouses, one unique experience

Both penthouses are spread over two floors and are fully equipped for a comfortable stay. Together they offer two spacious living rooms with air conditioning and central heating, two open kitchens with dining areas, six bedrooms, two luxury bathrooms and two separate toilets. Surrounding the apartments is a large terrace with views over the Brouwersdam. Large windows provide plenty of natural light and wide panoramic views. The combination of luxury, space and location makes this a truly special place to stay by the coast.

Comfort and convenience during your stay

Comfort is a key feature at Residence Kabbelaarsbank. The elevator takes you directly to the top floor where the penthouses are located. In the basement you have access to private lockable storage rooms for bicycles and watersports equipment, including charging points for e-bikes. For electric cars there are four charging points outside the building. A charging session costs €10. Additional charging options are available in the underground parking garage.
