Buitenplaats Koningsweg is located next to the entrance to the Hoge Veluwe National Park, which houses the famous Kröller-Müller Museum. A cultural oasis surrounded by greenery, which you can enjoy during your stay in this Follie "BAT." This building has a unique architecture, which in a certain way fools people and animals (foolness). Bats live in the enclosed deep cellar beneath the residential tower, which is where the Follie gets its name. If you are looking for an exclusive overnight stay in a nature cottage, choose a weekend getaway or short stay in this property. A special overnight stay is guaranteed! Whether you enjoy hiking, cycling, visiting museums, or going to the zoo, you can start it all from this beautiful Follie in Arnhem.
Freely situated in the sun on the edge of the forest, this house offers plenty of luxury where you can relax after a strenuous day. Your bicycles can be stored and charged indoors on the ground floor. The house itself was built in 2024 using natural materials such as oak beams, wood chip insulation, felt, and clay plaster. This gives it a warm atmosphere, making many people feel right at home.
The bedroom has beds with high-quality hotel mattresses, ensuring you a good night's sleep. The bathroom with rain shower is located on the first floor, as is the bedroom.
The kitchen, consisting of a peninsula with bar stools, and the living room are located on the second floor. Both the living room and bedroom have air conditioning.
Your four-legged family member will also enjoy themselves in the house, but even more so outside the house.
Weather permitting, the residential tower has a large roof terrace of almost 40m2. In addition, there is a terrace behind the house where you can seek shade or sun.
If you bring bicycles, you can store them safely in the entrance of the house. You can park in the public parking lot, after which you can reach the Follie on foot within approx. 100 m. Please note! You cannot reach the house by car.
Pets: one dog is allowed in the accommodation. Please note that there is a steel ladder to the first floor. Please take this into account with regard to your dog.

Netjes en schoon. Alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. Hele mooie opzet van het huisje met een prachtig dakterras. Modern en met airco wat heel prettig was op de warme dag. Je loopt zo vanuit het huisje de natuur in, maar zit ook dichtbij horeca.
Prettige host die met de fietskar komt voor bagage vervoer en tips in de omgeving.
De omgeving is ook geschikt om met je hond te wandelen, maar het huisje zelf heeft (omdat het meerdere verdiepingen zijn) veel trappen. Daarom minder geschikt om je hond mee te nemen.
Heerlijke rustige plek met uitzicht op bos en veld. Echt een plek om tot rust te komen!

Alles netjes en strak afgewerkt en super handig dat je je fiets gewoon beneden binnen kunt zetten.
Prachtig huisje op een mooie locatie.
Er staan wel een paar huizen in de buurt echte stilte zou er niet zijn. Maar het was er zeker wel rustig.

Het huisje is van alle luxe voorzien. Ook bij minder weer kun je hier heerlijk vertoeven.
De omgeving leent zich voor een heerlijke wandeling, waarbij je ook alle andere bijzondere huisjes in de omgeving te zien krijgt.
We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf in dit natuurhuisje. Het dakterras was een heerlijke plek om te ontspannen, met een prachtig uitzicht en de rust van de natuur om je heen. Daarbij was het leuk om de hele dag door veel vogels te horen fluiten, wat de rustige sfeer compleet maakte.
Hoewel er meerdere huisjes in de omgeving staan, hebben we tijdens ons verblijf geen last gehad van andere gasten. Het voelde verrassend rustig en privé, waardoor we echt konden genieten van de stilte.
Het huisje zelf is zeer compleet ingericht. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig: een goed uitgeruste keuken, een fijne badkamer en alle voorzieningen om je verblijf comfortabel te maken.
Al met al is dit een heerlijke plek om tot rust te komen.

Heerlijk verblijf en een fijn contact met de verhuurder. Heel fijn huisje. Mooie ligging, het dakterras is heerlijk en een fijne, knusse slaapkamer.

Prachtig en slim ontworpen, duurzaam gebouwd huisje. Met zorg ingericht: alles van goede kwaliteit. Mooi uitzicht op de bomen en natuur rondom, op het ruime dakterras zit je helemaal vrij.
De omgeving is prachtig: veel natuur, rustig. In de omgeving staan tussen het groen nog wat huisjes en gebouwen, allen mooi en bijzonder ontworpen. Vlakbij veel wandelgebieden, ook voor de hond om los te lopen. Op loopafstand, in het bos, zit Il Lupo, een kleine pizzeria.

Een prachtig huisje, zowel van binnen als van buiten, op een hele mooie plek. We werden heel vriendelijk welkom geheten en hebben een hele fijne tijd gehad in het huisje. Het staat op een prachtige plek. Het huisje zelf is heel compleet, alles is aanwezig en schoon. Vanaf het huisje kun je meteen mooie wandelingen maken. Echt super!!
