The cosy living room features a comfortable three-seater sofa and a Smart TV, making it the ideal place to unwind with a good movie after a day out.

The modern L-shaped kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment and a combination microwave oven. The spacious dining table with comfortable chairs is perfect for enjoying breakfast together, sharing a delicious meal or chatting while preparing dinner.

The sunny terrace can be accessed through the back door. Here you will find a comfortable lounge set where you can enjoy breakfast, relax or have a drink outdoors.

The holiday home offers two bedrooms. The first bedroom features a loft bed (90 x 200 cm), a single bed (80 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. The second bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double box-spring bed (140 x 200 cm).

The spacious bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, washbasin and a Miele washing machine, ensuring all the comforts you need, even during a longer stay.

The entire property is on one level, making it both comfortable and practical.

Parking is available on the private parking space directly in front of the holiday home.
