Step out into the large garden, which invites you to relax in the open air, make yourself comfortable on the terrace and serve dinner outside on warm days.
Take a short walk to the beach and enjoy long swimming days in Marielyst with a picnic on the beautiful sandy beach. If you feel like it, you can take courses in stand-up paddling, kitesurfing and windsurfing at the Falster surf centre and try out your skills straight away. Visit Nykøbing Falster for a stroll through the shopping streets and combine this with a visit to the Medieval Centre, an open-air museum with a reconstructed town from the 15th century.

Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
