Description
Choose this comfortably furnished holiday home as a base for discovering the waterside landscapes of Zeeland. The open-plan interior brings the lounge, dining space and kitchen together, with a large corner sofa and a collection of books and games adding character to the living area. Dark flooring contrasts with lighter furnishings, while decorative details give the home an individual feel. Each cottage has its own parking space. The villa park also has a playground. Bicycles can be rented at the reception.
The marina, stores and restaurants are located in the village of Wemeldinge, 300 meters from the park. From the villa park you can go on bike tours along the coast or through the surrounding orchards. In the town of Yerseke you can enjoy delicious mussels and oysters. Goes is an old fortified town that you can easily visit by bike there you can also do good shopping.

Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
