Description
This house half on ground level stands on a two-hectare plot in the countryside and is ideal for a vacation for two. From the south-facing terrace and the pool area, also facing south, you have a unique view. The pool can be shared and is available to guests from May to September. The interiors are simply but comfortably furnished and feature stone walls and exposed wooden beams. In the village of Eymet, cafes, bars and restaurants await you, as well as a weekly market. You can park your car in the street. The accommodation is not suitable for children. A screen separates your part of the terrace in front of the house from the other area belonging to FAD185 or the other half of the house.

For bookings made 56 days or more before the start of the rental period:
Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
