More space, more coziness, and all with a view of the water. Villa Maritiem for 6 people is the ideal choice for a family or group looking to truly get away together. The high ceilings and large windows give the villa a spacious and bright character, while the water is right on the doorstep. In the atmospheric living room, you will find a comfortable seating area, a dining area for 6 people, and a flat-screen TV. Plenty of room to sit at the table together, play a game, or watch a movie together.
The modern open kitchen is fully equipped for a stay of 6 people. You will find a fridge-freezer, hob with integrated extractor hood, combination microwave, dishwasher, kettle, and a Nespresso coffee machine, including inventory for 6 people.
Comfortable sleeping
The villa features three bedrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with two single box-spring beds, the second with a double box-spring bed, both equipped with a flat-screen TV and ample storage space. The third bedroom has a bunk bed, perfect for the children. We recommend a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children. Upon arrival, all beds are already made. The luxury bathroom features a rain shower, washbasin, and toilet.
Outside by the water
From the living room, you step straight onto the hardwood terrace, directly by the water. With a dining table and parasol, this is the perfect spot for a relaxed breakfast or a pleasant evening outdoors. Do you have your own boat? The marina is within walking distance, and from there, you can sail straight onto the Nederrijn. The villa is non-smoking and equipped with Wi-Fi, an indoor storage unit, and a private parking space.
Park and surroundings
MarinaPark Bad Nederrijn is situated directly on the Nederrijn in Maurik, in the heart of the Betuwe. At the park, you can enjoy a recreational lake with a beach, a cozy brasserie, bicycle rental, a marina, and plenty of activities for children. The surrounding area is well worth exploring: cycle along dikes and orchards, visit the fortified town of Buren, try your hand at water sports on the Nederrijn, or take a day trip to Ouwehands Zoo, just 13 km away. If you cross the river, Utrechtse Heuvelrug National Park is right in front of you.

Ondanks lage bezettingsgraad aan het einde van het seizoen, was het erg gezellig op het park. De nieuwe uitbaters van de Gouden Klomp zijn een jong en ondernemend stel. De welwillendheid om er iets leuks van te maken, straalt er vanaf.
Ook de receptioniste was zeer gastvrij, zowel enkele dagen vóór de reservering als tijdens het weekend zelf. Daarnaast was ze ook pro actief en behulpzaam bij het zoeken naar een verloren trui. Er staat nog één actiepuntje open, en dat is de terugbetaling van de huur van een gecancelde fiets.
Al met al een leuke lokatie voor het vieren van vriendschap met 'de jongens van toen'.

De ligging van het huisje, de omgeving, het personeel was ondanks wat tegenslagen in en om t huis allervriendelijkst en loste alles snel op. Super fijne tijd gehad met ons vijven.

Die gebuchte Unterkunft war nicht unbedingt für 5 Erwachsene und ein Baby geeignet.
Mein Sohn, 21 Jahre, hat in einem Hochbett geschlafen, 2 weitere Erwachsene in einem kleinen Zimmer mit 2 Betten a 80x200 cm.
Schränke standen so gut wie keine zur Verfügung und durch die Leichtbauweise war jeder sofort wach wenn mein Enkelkind Nachts weinte.
Das Häuschen und der Park hat uns ansonsten gut gefallen, allerdings mit 5 Erwachsenen und einem Baby definitiv zu eng.

Chalet van alle gemakken voorzien het was schoon en goe de bedden genoeg inventaris.We misten buiten een paar makkelijke stoelen op het terras. Ligbedden huren vind ik geen goed idee. Wij zijn een echtpaar op leeftijd en hebben liever een paar makkelijke stoelen om te relaxen aan het water. Onze volwassen kinderen vonden het prima.
