The house is located in a quiet area and 400 meters from the beautiful sandy beach. From the living room you can always enjoy a view of the fenced garden with sunny terrace. Wooden fence and wooden garden gate at a height of 100 cm. You can easily and comfortably walk or bike through the dunes to the wide beach. Tips: Visit the World Heritage City of Bruges and make tours by bike or walks through an unspoiled dune landscape. There is a private parking lot.

Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
