Here is an architect behind the large, modern and bright vacation home in a very desirable vacation home development. You are here at walking distance from the child-friendly sandy beach. Near the beach you can find grocery store, cafe and restaurants. A foot and bike path runs along the beach to the town of Ebeltoft. The house is situated high and therefore offers a good view. Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
