The 120 m² of living space is divided into a large living room with panoramic windows and an open kitchen with kitchen island. A separate entrance to the laundry room proves to be very functional. The house is surrounded by 140 m² of tiled terraces where you can always find a wind-protected spot. A carport is available. Bork's small harbor is very cozy and the area is an Eldorado for windsurfers of all skill levels. There is a playground near the house.

For bookings made 56 days or more before the start of the rental period:
Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
